03 · Private equity sponsors
A single portfolio company engages Revenue Systems directly. When a sponsor wants commercial consistency across multiple companies, this applies one commercial assessment methodology across the portfolio, then scopes execution to each company’s constraints.
The stages
Benchmark the portfolio, diagnose the companies worth acting on, then deploy per company.
Stage 1 · Portfolio Benchmark · No cost
Most operating partners can name their weakest company commercially. Very few can rank all of them. One email to your portfolio CEOs, five minutes each on the P.R.O. Index, and you get one comparative report back.
Every portco scored and ranked
On Performance, Ramp, and Output against identical criteria.
Averages and outliers
Where the portfolio is systematically underbuilt – not just where one company is falling short.
The two or three companies worth acting on first
Read by an operator, not a scoring engine. The interpretation is the deliverable; the scores are the input.
No portfolio company budget, no procurement, no engagement letter at this stage.
Stage 2 · Per company, after the benchmark
What changes: The benchmark tells you which company. The Snapshot tells you what is actually wrong with it and what it is costing. Fixed fee, fixed scope, fixed end date.
P.R.O. Index review and constraint register
Digital footprint, search, and AI discovery assessment
Outbound feasibility and addressable list audit
With a prioritized recommendation.
Portfolio company time required: under 3 hours.
The Snapshot fee credits back. On engagements of three or more portfolio companies, each one that proceeds to a Revenue Systems build within 60 days carries a $4,500 credit against it. The diagnostic becomes a decision about whether to move, not an added cost of moving.
One $1,000 fund-level setup fee to establish a consistent reporting standard across every company in scope.
Stage 3 · Optional
Outside, then inside. The Snapshot reads market position and opportunity; the Scoping Study goes into the CRM, deal flow, and proposal process – usually where the recoverable value sits.
A separate decision. Add it when you need the operating picture before committing capital. It ends in a custom company scope.
Map how deals actually move through the pipeline
Identify where opportunities stall or fall through
Compare CRM usage against the real sales process
Assess workflow, handoff, and automation gaps

How the credit works
The Snapshot fee comes back. $4,500 per company, credited against that company’s build once the build starts within 60 days, for each eligible company when three or more portfolio companies are in scope.. The Scoping Study and the setup fee are not credited.
